The Home Buying Process.

• First, you make the decision to purchase a home (congratulations)
• Speak to Paul and ask him questions about buying a home
• Get pre-approved with loan officer
• You will be provided some listings of homes that meet your criteria
• Call Paul about seeing any of these homes
• Pick out the home you want to write an offer on (Paul will help with making a good buying decision, what price to offer, etc)
• Paul will help with negotiations of contract
• Get fully signed contract from Paul and take it to your loan officer
• Make your loan application with loan officer (they will set up an appraisal of the home)
• Paul will set up any required or requested inspections, and help you write a repair amendment if there are repairs needed
• Get loan approved
• Start packing!
• Take final walk through of your new home a few days before closing with Paul
• Attend closing with Paul and get keys to your new home! ·
• Move in and meet your new neighbors
